I started working with Lenny after spending over a year in pain with a bulging disc in my lower back, I spent many months having regular Physio and massage treatments, and also had a epidural steroid injection, but I only ever felt very short term relief. I wish I found Lenny sooner, from the first week I could feel an improvement, and have continued doing so, week after week. 

I would highly recommend anyone who has an injury and needs rehabilitation to work with Lenny. I had been training for many years, so I was very comfortable in the gym, but since my injury and prior to working with him, I always felt it was one step forward, two steps back, as I kept hurting myself, but now having his guidance and reassurance, I’m progressing weekly. ASSESS

Equipped with the skills of an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, we sit down with you to chat about you, your issues and goals, and your story - because nobody knows you better than you. We then run through a set of evidence-based assessments chosen specifically for you, that will allow us to create the perfect movement prescription.

PRESCRIBE

Based off your experience level, injuries, pains, health status, goals and assessment results, we design the perfect movement plan to get you from where you are now, to where you want to be.

DELIVER

Lastly, we deliver your movement plan with you either face-to-face or online. We provide helpful feedback and education to make sure you get the most out of your plan, as well as some laughs for good measure.
